Needs work

I purchased this app after reading a recommendation on a weather blog. I have not as yet used during a severe weather event. Set up is frustrating as the "+" sign is not always present. Also if you are trying to enter a location in a large metropolitan area it is not address or even area specific. Theoretically you should be able to manually relocate the pin. I could do so after numerous attempts on one desired location but not on another which was located in a large city. The pin is firmly planted in the center of the city but the desired area is miles away. Weather events could be drastically different. The support desk is responsive but the first response was directions on how to move a pin. "Place fingertip over pin, press and drag." Duh.
